I love that this place is pet friendly. Nice waterside in the pool area. Friendly staff
As soon as we walked in the lobby, I relaxed a little - it's a nice hotel. And we were happy that the room smelled good (we don't take it for granted). Our room was clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. I wanted to cast or mirror my phone to the TV, but it wasn't possible. About breakfast: I'm not sure what to call the eggs - tiny omelettes without any ingredients? They were super wet, like they'd been cooked in a pan of water, and I wished they had cheese. We asked the front desk, which no one is ever at, to fill our shampoo which was empty, unclog the shower because it was clogged with hair that was everywhere, fecal splattered on toilet & they did nothing. I stood in shower water up to my ankles, with my own shampoo I brought. Not vaccumed behind bed either. Management should be ashamed. Never staying here again.
The breakfast was awesome. I noticed they had a great morning crew... The pool was open until midnight for adults.. I wasnt happy our tub in our room needed to be unplugged... it was slow to drain. . I was kinda in the dark in pool area as it did not have the lights on... and the slide isn't open until 6pm. I do think it has room for improvement..Overall, it was a nice stay for our family.
