We were pleased to be able to check in early and found our room to be clean and easily accessible.
We went to swim for a few hours… lasted less than 15 minutes as the hot tub and pool had visibly dirt/murky water. The hot tub was luke warm and water was low, below the jets. We have swam here many times during the winter months and have never seen it this filthy… we let the front desk know but they didn’t seem too concerned. We weren’t offered a refund either. We won’t be back without checking the cleanliness of the water next time.
Better than expected. Decent place, decent price.
