We are deeply disappointed to report our experience at the AmericInn by Wyndham. Upon checking in, we found the hotel conditions to be completely unacceptable and unfit for guests. The room was unsanitary, with drug paraphernalia found throughout the premises, unclean sheets, visible bedbugs, and an overall lack of proper maintenance and hygiene. Well my car window got broken into rite in front of the building which they could have warned us where to park. Must be an inside job.

Don’t stay here. This hotel is nasty. If I could give 1/2 star I would. The management is rude and when I called corporate they were just as uncaring. They had a nerve to offer me 7500 points for a future stay. I would not let my dog stay here.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and the lobby is clean. As soon as you leave the lobby nothing is well kept or cleaned. The elevator was dirty. I got to my room that had incents outside the door. Opened the room to the smell of smoke and turned light on to notice the floors weren’t vacuumed and the furniture was so stained. There were incents in the air conditioner and ashes on the floor and on the ac. The tub was dirty and there were no towels. I told staff and showed pics but she responded “ I’... read more
