The lady behind the desk wasn't very friendly. The room smelled bad
The room was great. Breakfast pretty good for hotel at this level. Smoke detector chirped and the desk gave me a battery. Still chirped so they said unplug it. It ended up at the desk for them to hear. I would definitely stay again for the price and area. There are a few things they could tighten up.
Room was nice, even though the tub faucet needs fixing. Only issue was with another guest, and spoke to the manger about that. All else wonderful will be back next year.
Absolutely disgusting do not stay here. No hot water, fithly carpets, stains on bedding, hair in bedding not ours, stains on carpet. Called front desk at 11pm due to no hot shower, a rude pregnant woman called back saying no one could help us. Next morning still no hot water in shower the sink had hot water not the shower. Went to put bags out to car and check our and our key had been turned off prior to checkout time. The room was in rough shape. Bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall, stains all over the chairs. Had a bad smell as you entered the room. Hot tub was down (big shocker). Just bread and cereal was the only thing that was put out for breakfast. And to top it all off they wouldnt let us cancel our next night , even though they were turning people down the day prior because of "they were booked solid".
