Unfortunately my stay here wasn’t great. When I arrived there was hair left in the shower and noticeable dust on several surfaces, which made the room feel like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. There was old food left in the fridge. The couch also appeared stained and dirty to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it and had to cover it with a blanket. We booked for a family night before a tournament the following day. Our room was disgusting. Dirty toothbrush next to the bed, old soap bar stuck on the tub, window that wouldn't lock on the ground floor room, the pool was not heated and filthy, and a hot tub full of gross smelling water! Breakfast was a joke. This appears to be low income housing with people living there, lots of them. That's fine, but don't rent rooms out to the public then. Just go across the street to Holiday Inn.

Rooms were clean and nice. Hot tub was nice also, however.....if you book a hotel for breakfast dont book this one. It was horrendous. This is one of the locations tht should be shut down, a disgrace to the brand name.

My partner was bit up by bed bugs at this hotel. He is allergic so he swelled up bad. And required medical treatment. The hotel has been less than responsive to help us.

The staff were all very pleasant, and the lady at the front desk was the only person we saw every time we walked by so she must work a lot or own it. You can tell they are trying to update things, which is nice, but it also looks like some of that work was poorly done. Very disappointed with the breakfast options, hot tub was cold, pool was freezing, beds had weird bedding, and everything just felt dirty (the floors, the tables, shower, etc).
