I travel for work And we travel as a team the front desk person hardly knew what she was doing just passed out keys without taking down information which caused problems with room overlapping. one of my coworkers was given a room that was occupied already with someone in the shower! Also there’s no pool or hot tub And doesn’t seem to be getting fixed anytime soon. Just a complete mess here I don’t recommend booking here save your money .
Room was not as clean as it should be. Both the tub and toilet were not working correctly. But the 1 staff member was helpful. And the location of the highway is ideal. I won't be booking here again. There are better rooms in the area.
Constantly having problems getting into rooms with cards, they advertise a pool with higher prices and then there is no pool it has been closed for quite some time.
