My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Overall, it was adequate but there were things that could have used improving. PARKING: On arriving, there was road construction work preventing us from entrance to the parking lot and no indication of a detour POOL: The Pool/Hot Tub were closed all week ROOM SECURITY: Our room keys stopped working after the 1st night, then again on the 2nd night. Service was great
Great room with hot showers. The breakfast was refilled when we ate later in the morning. Quiet night and slept soundly. Construction 🚧 made it confusing to get to. We weren't using the pool but it was closed.
If I could give it neg stars l would! This is the most unhinged hotel I have never stayed in! I called with an event that was not planned very bad illness. They would not refund my money! They said because it was past 24 hours. I am sorry you can’t plan life changing event! They are super rude! Not to mention you can’t even get them on the phone! I booked with Walmart. Americans need to be back into the hotel game. Not these unkind un Hospitality people from over seas! Never ever stay here!
