Congratulations, AmericInn Spencer. You Somehow Lost a Fight Against Your Own Policies. If customer service were an Olympic sport, this place would be competing in synchronized faceplants. I booked through Expedia because the listing clearly states the minimum check-in age is 18. No fine print. No exceptions. No “work crew only.” Just 18. Before my son made the trip, I even called the hotel directly to verify. The employee told me 18-year-olds could check in, but only if they were part of a work crew. Stopped in early before check in just in case my room was ready and I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room at no extra charge. And the continental breakfast had a decent selection as well.
Very dissapointing experience and terrible Customer Service.
