I did have some issues and provided feedback to management. They were EXTREMELY apologetic and have gone out of their way to make my next stay very accommodating. Kudos to the hotel management!!
It was great stay. Staff was so welcoming.
I had seen some bad reviews so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. They have done some remodeling apparently. Everything looked very clean and smelled nice. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that. The price was higher than we were expecting. That being said we didn't have reservations so there probably is a way to get it a little less expensive. The GM did give us a small discount so that was very much appreciated. The people we met were friendly.
We loved staying here. The room was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast is delicious. We liked that the hot food options were different daily. The pool was great. The best thing about this hotel by far was the staff! From the front desk to the housekeepers, every employee we had contact with was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Truly a delightful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you all for doing a great job at what you do!
The place needs work. Hot tub was still down, pool area needs alot of work. Two tables for all the guest. The room key deactivated twice ? 4.50 for a drink from the pop machine. Just not a pleasant stay.
