Was given the wrong key and room number( walked in on some folks) Our new room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. If you are staying on the 2nd floor be ready to lug your bags up as there is no elevator Pulled back the sheets to get into bed and was overwhelmed by urine. Someone had peed the bed and housekeeping made the bed without changing the sheets. So DISGUSTING! Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

No complaints. Needed a room for the night while in town. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable

Room smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The shower squealed the entire time no matter what temperature it was - and yes, before you ask, the top of the spout was pulled all the way up. You can hear the train like it’s right outside the building but if you’re able - you’ll get used to it. The two redeeming qualities was the comfy bed and potpourri smell in the lobby.

My first night of several at this hotel. I’m very glad I chose it. Very clean& building kept up well, coffee & breakfast bar very good.Employee Sabby very courteous & helpful.
