This is by far the most rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with the most inattentive staff. They claim to be renovating, but the changes are purely cosmetic—new furniture and minor touch-ups that don’t address the real issues. The ice machine was broken, our room was missing smoke detectors, there was mold in the bathroom, lights didn’t work, and the carpets were torn, dirty, and stained. Sabby was very friendly , I have been staying here almost a month on and off for work. And every time me and my partner come in they welcome us with the best courtesy and hospitality service, I have ever had. Rooms super clean, Hospitality on par with 5 Star Hotels. Prefer to Stay at this Hotel over any other Hotel in the City.

The AmericInn is a great place to stay. Very clean and updated. I had the pleasure of staying here 4 nights and was very satisfied with all that they had. The gentleman at the front desk named Sabby was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended this place for your next stay while in Sioux City Iowa.
