If you want the worst hotel experience you will ever have come to this hotel. They will treat you poorly and not fix anything for you. Also when 90% of a hotel is broken you should probably just shut down.
Place has gone down hill since I stayed years ago. Toilet runs unless you know how to jiggle the handle. Shower leaks all over the floor due to curtains installed poorly. Hotel is under renovation supposedly but no disclaimer ahead of time and still charged full amount even though there's drywall chunks and dust led down the the stairs to the lounge(breakfast area), as well as in the elevator and down the back stairs. Place is complete dump. Patched in carpet, no trim, smelled like caulk, not vacuumed.....ugh
The room was dirty. It had fleas. Rooms that allow dogs need to be sprayed. I saw 19 fleas on a bath mat. The room had no baseboards and carpets were torn, cut out, and replaced with other carpet that wasn't even attached. You could see the cement and the room cost $157 per night. The hotel should be closed until habitable. It looks nice outside but the rooms are awful!
Under new ownership. Currently undergoing renovations, no mention off this online. Elevator broken, halls hazy from dust from construction, broken outlets, broken luggage trolley, broken hot tub, just generally a mess. Either close for renovations or offer a discount for staying. Just putting a sign on the door saying "we're helping future customers experience" does nothing for the people staying here now. If you're charging $200 a night as a standard for a 2 queen room you should be able to provide a $200 a night experience... read more
