Our stay was awesome! Clean room, great breakfast, and very nice and helpful staff. Thx!
We stayed the the castle themed room and paid the extra for.it so we had the Jacuzzi tub, the tub didn't work and the pump made an awful grinding noise when you turned it on. The king size bed had a pad on it with no mattress protector and it sagged in the middle so bad that we just rolled to the center making it hard to sleep. The pool and hot tub although advertised are not working and you get no notice till you show up I brought my frustration about the room to the staff in witch it was blown off and had no care I'm very ... read more
I was surprised to see that they had breakfast ready when I was heading out around 5:30 am. That’s definitely a bonus. I also liked that the size of the rooms felt pretty big.
