Room was clean and neat , I ask for help on my TV , no one would help said a guy was coming in at 11:00 and could look Nothing!!

Spent almost a week there. Put down a deposit in cash. When I went to checkout they said that day they said the deposit was built into the room rate price and that I get no deposit back. Mind you, I have 17 rooms booked through them for a basketball tournament and they won’t give me a deposit back, do not go there, do not use them. If so get ready to bend over
STAY AWAY!!! I don’t even know where to begin with this hotel. Upon check in the couple in front of us was already complaining about stains on their bed. The staff refused to do anything about it. Then when I got to my room, I found a COCKROACH in my ROOM! After notifying the staff she claimed there was “nothing she could do” and told me I would have to call the manager the next day.
