Terrible experience! Our room had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, only 2 towels (booked the room for 4 people) our TV didn't work and the pool was closed the whole time. We were told the hotel is out of soap and the lady at the front desk said she would be right back to look at our TV and NEVER came back. Our friends room had ants IN their bed. Also expect to be charged $100 extra at check-in that will eventually be added back to your card...

As a whole we enjoyed our stay here. I loved the pool. I thought it was hard to see the entrance from the road. Then there were other guest who blocked the main entrance sitting in a truck for about an hour. It made it difficult to bring in my luggage. I had decided I wanted to stay another night but was told I could not because I had booked my room online. I called around and found a room at another hotel for my extra night. We had drove down here from the Chicago area for family reasons. Overall stay was very pleasant. We didn't have a reservation. We got a great value and we were able to check in early. The lady who was working the front desk on June 12,2026 was amazing. Super friendly and willing to help us out. If we come back to Quincy, we will definitely be staying here again.

Had just been remodeled, tub and shower were old knobs or not replaced from the original building my room bath tub drain was plugged and draining slow, so I told the front desk lady who was in the office with the lights off she said she would tell house keeping in the morning but coming back from work the tub wasn't fixed it was still draining slow, the tv, microwave and desk lamp were all plugged into an extension cord not a surge protector very shady place
