Boogers and dried snot on wall by bed not exactly comforting
Ever think was great. They. Never disappoint all a pleasure staying here
I answered their survey questions due to the fact they stated they wanted guests input to help them improve. I received an email back that was written poorly and it came across as all my complaints had no validity due to their contrary opinions. I'm seeking other hotel chains. FYI I would like to add how I was being an advocate for the staff within my critique. Having worked a hotel myself the staff seemed to be working and covering areas that during crucial check in and check out times maybe be stressful for them. I don't w... read more
We stayed 2 nights on our way to Iowa this weekend. Location off 80 was perfect. Staff was for the most part very accommodating and pleasant! Kathy went out of her way to help us with an issue in our room, offered other options and also offered to move us to another room if we wanted. She was training another staff member, Sabrina who was very sweet, and showed great care in how to respond to customer issues. Glad we chose American and will stay again when in the area.
