Nice, clean room across the road from Little Traverse Bay. From our room, we could see the water. For the price, it was a great place to stay.
Excellent price with a view of the bay.
Pool was ice cold and hot tub was closed. No mention of this when we booked or checked in. Breakfast and room were decent.
This hotel stole my money. I made a reservation and put the wrong dates in. Right after I submitted the wrong reservation I realized what I did and called. The person on the phone said no problem and canceled it for me then rebooked the reservation with the correct dates. Well I was charged for both reservations and they are refusing to refund me. It's mean. I highly advise not staying here. If I would have known I wasn't going to be refunded I would have never rebooked
