Stay here every year when in Petoskey. Clean and comfortable rooms and staff is very friendly and welcoming !
Check-in was easy, staff polite and helpful. Rooms were clean! And very spacious. Great water pleasure from the shower. Location is very good! Right across from the lake and near everything. We used the pool and hot tub. The jets in the hot tub did not work. A sign saying that would have been courteous to let people know so that we didn’t have to walk to the front desk to alert them of the problem. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. But it smells so bad! The room smelled like mildew for sure! The beds were not comfortable at all. Could use a carpet update - maybe Thats what smells? Won’t stay here again.
