Very friendly but some struggled with English. Looks like they need to update their stool/ shower area. Breakfast was fine and the location is great.
This was a conference hotel, so I did nit choose this hotel for my stay. However, I will only stay here if I return to Pella. A clean, comfortable stay! Welcoming staff and amenities. Loved the all-day coffee and tea. Also could walk to a Casey's and an Arby's -- just right for grabbing snacks on the go. Excellent lodging in Prlla!
Hotel is in a good location. Room was clean, except for the curtain above the AC was water stabbed. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. Orange juice dispenser was dispensing water only. Friendly staff.
