I came to Park Rapids for a family medical situation. They were incredibly accommodating to getting me a comfortable place to sleep. I walked into the hotel and it was clean an welcoming. I got to the room and it smelled like home. It was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. It was clean. All amenities were much appreciated. I will be back!
Nancy at the front desk is incredible! I was not in Park Rapids for a fun visit. It was for a family emergency. She was incredibly kind and made my visit memorable. I will definitely be back, just because of her! Thank you Nancy for being so kind to a stranger and making a hard visit better!
Nancy & Andy are awesome team..The birthday party in the party room was beautifully decorated by them and went off without a hitch.... Happy birthday G.Q.
Had a great stay here! The rooms were clean and the location was perfect, but the real highlight was the staff- Nancy She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and her hospitality really made our trip special. It’s rare to find service that genuine these days. Highly recommend!
