Alexis was extremely helpful at getting our TV working and find the right channel for my husband to watch the NDSU Bison play football. All we did was go to Dairy Queen and back and it was done. This is the kind of person anyone would want to hire.

Our stay at the American Inn in Park Rapids was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were even offered a free upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! A special shoutout to Jessica Jopp, the manager—she was absolutely amazing and made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this place!
