Got my key, opened my door, looked around, left, booked a different hotel. Will not get a refund. Lesson learned: do more research when booking hotels.
The hotel room beds only had double flat sheets, with no blankets provided. The Wi-Fi signal was weak. The coffee and juice machines were broken. The pool water's clarity was poor. The room's air conditioning unit was not working. After reporting the issue to the front desk, they promised to send someone to fix the AC but failed to do so. As a result, we checked out early due to the AC problem and were not refunded for the unused day.
Horrible place!!! No one to check me in when I got there. It rained at night and the carpets were soaking wet in the morning. Not enough towels. The lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. Nothing for breakfast. A gal came at 7:30 with 8 gross egg pucks and 8 biscuits with a little gravy. And that’s supposed to feed everyone??? No fruit, no bagels/toast, no yogurt, no waffles, nothing. It was awful!!
Customer service was awesome. Rooms were clean.
Orrible servicio. sucio no hay nada de lo esencial como hacer café, toallas jabón. No hay desayuno y el hotel en general pésimo horrible jamal volvería ni regalado el peor en el que eh estado en mi vida
