Supremely accommodating. Early check in and a cot was brought up for us.
I am a Wyndham rewards member so I am supposed to be offered free late check out. I was not, when I asked about late check out, I got a very snobby answer of, if you want to stay you need to pay. Not happy....
Night guy was cool but the morning guy seemed irritated. Bed was kinda hard and pillows definitely need updated. Other than that the showers were hot and the stay was good.
I rated an updated room king on the first floor, which was nice. The desk associates were helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the free breakfast.
