Amazing people and very friendly clean atmosphere
Absolute incompetent management. The amenities listed a fitness center or I wouldn't have arrived. When I went to complain about it, they threatened to call the police. They are liars...the people who run this place are incompetent.
The room was outdated and needed some basic repairs and to be cleaned better. But the employees were so great, attentive, and location is always perfect for a weekend visiting family in New Lisbon.
It was being renovated while we were staying there, it will probably be a lot better when they're done. At least we got a great deal.
