DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. I REPEAT! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. You will be SCAMMED out of your money! We booked 2 rooms -one through the direct website (NOT a 3rd party) and one via phone directly to the front desk. Somehow we got double charged for one room, and when we called to get our money back, they claimed both reservations were made via third party - WHICH THEY WERE NOT - and they refuse to help in any way. FIRST IS MY FAMILY HAS HANDICAP PEOPLE IN IT.THE MAIN ENTRANCE WAS TRECHEROUS AND HAD ICE AN NO ICEMELT DOWN. UNSAFE SLIP AND FALL HAZARD. THE COFFEE WAS COLD AND NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL.
