Rooms clean. Lobby clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast kinda skimpy
Great stay, good breakfast. Clean room, big comfy bed, will definitely return.
When I arrived my reserved room was dirty (hadn't been cleaned at all) - used bedding, towels on the floor, garbage, etc. I was given a new room, but had to specifically ask for housekeeping, who didn't replace the bedding. The water got so hot so quickly that I scalded my hands. There's no elevator. There's no laundry room as advertised except for housekeeping. Fireplace was broken. Coffee maker had no carafe. No plunger in bathroom. Small bathtub. I could go on forever.
Was a very nice place always clean. The staff was friendly. The food was warm. The coffee was plentiful and the pool and the hot tub were enjoyable.
