I’ll admit, I came into my stay with pretty modest expectations. I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary, but this hotel ended up being a pleasant surprise from the moment I checked in. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. If they were going to leave a half-used bar of soap for me, they could have at least gotten the hair off it first. Or taken the hair off the shower wall. Otherwise it was exactly what I expected from any stay at any hotel.

Entered my room without my permission BEFORE I checked out and they left my door WIDE OPEN with all my stuff still in my room. Staff did not seem to care and the manager was incredibly rude to me. Also, they granted me a late checkout when I checked in and the manager went back on it the next morning. Told me "you don't get a late checkout because you are not a member", even though I've been a Wyndham member for months now. There were moldy apples at breakfast. I've never before stayed in a hotel room with NOTHING on the walls at all. No pictures no nothing, 100% bare walls. Very strange. But the bed was comfortable and the sheets were cozy and pleasant. The heat pump was quiet and kept a constant temperature. But then in the morning, the breakfast was poor. Watery scrambled eggs, unappealing sausages, weak coffee. So mixed revue 3 out of 5

Newly renovated. Everything seemed clean.
