It was very nice that on check in I had a friend who had decided to bunk with me and the front desk person offered to move us to a double bed room free of charge without even being asked. Upon getting to the room, my keycard took a while to work and the handle was a little loose. After I got in, the main ceiling light was burnt out. We've struggled to find a good hotel in Minot before (come here often for railroading) but we were overall happy with our stay and would visit again! -Very comfy bed and pillows. -Clean and quiet. -Included hot breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, bread products dairy, etc) topped up, and clean. -We saw that they have an indoor pool (didn't use) -Wifi was really slow (3.5mbps upload/ 4.5 mbps download) -TV was not ready to be used and my technologically impaired partner would have never figured it out (had to ... read more
The service we recieved from Tamryn was awesome. She made us feel welcome and like we were family. She was really helpful and made us comfortable.
This place had the most comfortable beds i have ever slept on, when staying at a hotel. Pool is tiny. Continental breakfast was average.
Same thing for breakfast everyday. Today they ran out of apple juice, eggs,. Eggs and patty sausage. Only choices Waffles are ok but nothing for diabetics.
