The room was nice. Need the cable company to reset the TV so the time is correct and the guide works properly. Quiet area. Pool was kind of cold, so I didn't use that. Would have liked a hot tub. Staff was nice. Would stay again

Not super happy about the original room we got. It was extremely outdated, smelled unpleasant, and the a/c unit looked like it was from the 80s (probably was) and it didn’t seem to be working. The kicker was the broken toilet. The lady that helped initially with getting the room fixed the problem and changed us to another room. It was somewhat more modern and didn’t smell bad. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was great.

I’ll admit, I came into my stay with pretty modest expectations. I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary, but this hotel ended up being a pleasant surprise from the moment I checked in. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. If they were going to leave a half-used bar of soap for me, they could have at least gotten the hair off it first. Or taken the hair off the shower wall. Otherwise it was exactly what I expected from any stay at any hotel.
