After a 3 hour drive we arrived to find our confirmed room was not available. The manager was EXTREMELY rude! She also lied about calling to let us know that- but there was no call recorded on our phone. And that it was our fault -- problem was yesterday we got a confirmation everything was fine. Their solution was to offer to cancel the lesser room they wanted to give us. And not help us fine other hotel. We come here approximately 3 times a year. And this was an all-time low!!! Very clean hotel, great pool and hot tub.
Dont even waste your time checking in to this hotel. Rude front desk , everyone's stands around in the morning when breakfast is running low, unless you ask for restock of breakfast you wont get it . Housekeeping lies about cleaning rooms ,and if you try to ask for help from management or staff it goes on dead ears. I tried corporate and they dont care either .
