The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered! Made sure we had everything we needed during our stay
Overall the staff was fantastic, very professional and courteous. They all took real good care of myself and my family. I wish I had employees like them! Rooms need updating. Had a bad experience with a roll away bed. Was told the incident was the guests fault. Was charged more than was quoted for the room. Hot tub was broken, the pool was freezing cold.
