The lady at the front desk was absolutely the sweetest lady! She made the stay worthwhile and went out of her way to make us feel welcome! As a small business owner myself, I can tell you she is the type that makes a difference in business!!
Dirty towels on back of bathroom door. Dirty wash cloth on shower curtain rod. Closet door falling off. Shower curtain not big enough for this size shower. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom.
Stayed from Tuesday through Friday. The staff was very friendly bit it dodn't matter. Not once did anyone enter our room to tidy up, empty the garbage or switch out towels. We asked for new towels at the front desk and they told us to place the dirty ones on the floor next to our door and they would be up in a minute to grab them...but they sat there for a couple days. There was a nice big closet, but no bar to hang anything on. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was freezing. There was a gigantic bathtub in our bath... read more
Super clean hotel. Manager was so very nice and kind. And pet friendly....indoor pool for exercise 🥰
