Bathroom was tiny, door nearly hit toilet when opening. Bathroom doorknob was coming loose, door was improperly fit to doorframe and stuck, felt like I was going to be stuck in the bathroom. Breakfast foods weren't restocked and they ran out. Found multiple spiders and cobwebs in the room. Hotel minifridge barely got cold.
The hotel was perfectly located near the weekend event we went to. It was quiet and parking was easy and close by our room. The staff were accommodating for when we needed more toilet paper or trash bags. For breakfast we really loved the waffles! The only thing I wanted to bring up is some of the coffee creamer expired so please check the expiration dates. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay here.
It was just what we needed for the location of the event we were attending. Place was clean and friendly
Can't go wrong with Americinn, this one is pretty nice! The first girl checking me in was very nice, when I came back from dinner the second never looked up from her phone call. Room was comfy nice bed, pillows TV and workspace. Nice bathroom too Breakfast was a bit above average the did have other things besides all carbs, they did have eggs and b&g too. Only thing is I didn't get my rewards points so now have to call customer service.
Rooms were dirty, toilet gross.
