Asked for wake up call @ 5AM. Did not receive call! There was no plug for a bath. Everyone presented themselves very nice. My daughter was scheduled for surgery 9/18/26 6:30. That’s why we needed a wake up call. It was no vacation trip or get a way. Medical reason!
So so, nothing spectacular
Was Adequate the staff was not very freindly
Room was clean & it was at the far end of the hallway so it was very quiet. The only issue we had was the shower did not drain so the tub would fill & it would take a good 10-15 minutes to drain after taking a shower. We did not get a chance to use the pool because we were there to sleep & gone during the day. Breakfast was good & had a good selection. Overall the hotel seemed very clean.
The suite there is amazing! In room jacuzzi and private enterance, pull out couch with a separate room holding king sized bed
