The desk attendant was very helpful. I was traveling with elderly parents and special needs son. She was patient and kind. The rooms were immaculate. The pool and hot tub area were also extremely clean. The breakfast had a great variety and was well stocked. This hotel is close to everything including the Ferry.
A little out of the way but fairly priced and clean
Front desk man came to our room at 2am because our just turned 2 year old was crying. He said if the crying continued, he would call the Police. My husband had to take our child out to the car to calm him..at 2am. In an unknown area.
The hotel was clean. Our room was wonderful and quiet. The staff was AMAZING & FRIENDLY!!! I have stayed there in the past just to sleep from a long trip. This time we were there for 3 nights. We will definitely be back when we visit family in the area. Thank you so much.
