Nice stay. Great hosts. Okay food
I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The customer service was terrible. The front desk person seemed mad that she had to check us in. The manager also lacked customer service skills.
This place is great. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The manager is friendly and Rachel at the front desk is so accommodating and personable. If you are ever traveling through Madison and need a place to stay I would absolutely recommend.
