Night Shift Clerk is high/drunk. Rang 0 for assistance as I arrived late in the evening. The clerk answered after some time and mumbled that they'd be "right down." After 15 minutes I called again, they did not remember we spoke. When they stumbled out of a guest room near the lobby, they couldn't operate the computer for check in. Require a refund. I stay in hotels 4 nights/wk and will avoid all AmericInn locations in the future.

Stayed here night of 8/21 and 8/22 the room felt soggy like the air conditioner had been off for some time. The only ice maker was not working, naturally the front desk people said were new here and didn't know anything about it. The out of order sign had a date stamp on it from 8/5, more than 2 weeks ago. I'm not one to write critical reviews but this place needs some serious criticism. Breakfast and even coffee was lukewarm at best.

The only complaint I have is the grass is overgrown and the entrance is hard to see with no reflections. At night it is difficult to see the driveway

Multiple issues. Unable to check out. Marijuana smell throughout the hall. No hot water. We left after 1 night. No one at front desk to checkout. We went to Best Western across the highway and paid again for a suitable room.
