Hotel was clean and smelled nice (didn't smell like pool). Room was clean and smelled nice, never had any issues with the room itself. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Coffee was terrible (my hopes are never high for hotels anyway). We didn't do much with the pool but enjoyed the hot tub, it was nice and relaxing. It didn't smell like "pool" which was nice. Absolutely no customer service. Slobby, unfriendly and outrageously OVER PRICED
Very comfortable and clean. The desk staff was very nice and helpful
Dreadful experience. The hotel is in obvious decline. I suspect the (relatively new?) owner is trying to suck as much money out of it as possible because any reinvestment appears minimal. Caulking around the base of a toilet (room 111) doesn't solve for the problem of a leaky wax seal, so wear shoes when you're in the bathroom else you'll have urine soaked socks if you want to flush the toilet.
