Staff was fantastic. George watched me struggling outside in the snow and came running out with the luggage cart to help me get my stuff inside. Room was better than I expected (hadn’t planned on fireplace or hot tub). Breakfast was great and entire process of check in to check out was seamless. Very impressed. Would stay there again for sure.
Once again a great experience, much better than my last stay in a Quality Inn.
Jess at the front was so helpful. Work ended up canceled for weather. Even though I was a bit past the 11 am check out time, they didn’t charge me anything except for the night I stayed-great customer service! The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and on top of that-my room had a jacuzzi in the main area. After a 13 hour day-relaxing in that watching some tv and some good food was so nice! They had a nice area for the dogs to do their business and they even had a small bag of treats for them when we checked in! Will de... read more
