Jess at the front was so helpful. Work ended up canceled for weather. Even though I was a bit past the 11 am check out time, they didn’t charge me anything except for the night I stayed-great customer service! The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and on top of that-my room had a jacuzzi in the main area. After a 13 hour day-relaxing in that watching some tv and some good food was so nice! Beware hidden fees
At a time of nervousness for a procedure, the staff at this location were phenomenal! They were delightful, helpful, concerned and very courteous. The staff have high integrity and are honest; with being so nervous I left my purse in the room when checking out and the cleaning staff took it to the front desk!! We HIGHLY recommend staying at AmericInn when in Laramie.
Wonderful place, nice staff, very clean and the breakfast was wonderful every morning. Can't wait for our next visit!
