Mold in bathroom. Both bathroom and room had next to no ventilation. Extremely disappointed to find that we had spent the night in a room with mold the following morning. Asked for a partial refund, GM said that nothing would be done but would discount a future stay, but wouldn’t put it in writing. I expect more from a hotel charging such high rates
Booked a one night stay through Thier website. Paid at time of booking. Arrived and was asked to run card for incidentals. No problem... They charged the incidentals card full room rate.. stopped by at end of my vacation and although desk clerk was nice she couldn't help me in anyway.. left information for manager and I still received nothing I had to call again once I got back home to NC. To start, the front desk service at check-in was great. Very polite and efficient and I have zero complaints about the staff! We checked in late at night and our first room was next to a guest with a dog who was barking CONSTANTLY. When I went back to the front desk to ask if there were any other options, he was very accommodating and switched us to a third floor room right away. **We were told the third floor is a no pet room, so that's good info to know. Super nice staff, very clean accommodations. The hotel itself was dead silent the whole time. Location is secluded yet a convenient drive to downtown or any shops. I would absolutely stay here again.
