THIS HOTEL WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE . IT WAS SO PEACEFUL AND PERFECT .
I just stayed here about a week ago and I think this is a great place to stay when in the area . Especially if you've been off-roading and had a rough day like I did ( I biffed it 3 times...) Obviously this isn't your big-city five star hotel but 2 stars c'mon that's disrespectful . The staff was very welcoming and they don't gouge you for things like soda and doing laundry . Decent place to stay in Ladysmith.
DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a King room at this pet friendly hotel. When I showed up and checked in and formed them I had a pet, they said they did not have any pet rooms available. They told me I could not cancel, check out or GET A REFUND. They also gave me a double queen room when I booked a king room. I am still dealing with them on this out they are not budging.
