I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for work. Normally, the staff are very pleasant and easy to work with. However, I called to make a reservation and specifically stated I needed a check in time of 0700 and work 12 hour overnights so I only needed a bed during the day when I got off work. I noticed my paperwork said 1100 was the check in time. I called to verify because when I spoke on the phone I specifically said I needed 0700. Love here!!! Stay all the time !!! Nice people!!! Been there for years! Will help you by going up and beyond like once they didn’t have any rooms available but one when I got my dates wrong the fridge didn’t work but they got a different one and put it right in for me! Ty ! My grandkids come and swim with me!
