the girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful, it felt very warm and welcoming. the only thing i didn’t like, was the receptionist was talking very loudly about controversial political topics during breakfast. she said some pretty awful things! other than her, i had a great experience!

Location off of the highway was convenient. Room was stinky. Turned on A/C unit. It may need a filter change or something. It was stinky. I had to turn it off. The front desk staff was friendly.

What is it with these hotels and their employees? I need WiFi for my studies, but they seem completely unconcerned about making sure it works. The staff treated me as if I were being unreasonable for expecting them to do something other than just stare at me blankly. Clearly, they knew the WiFi was down and have learned to dismiss customer needs, acting as if I’m the only one who has ever had an issue with it. The room was nice and clean. The AC got the room so cold if you like it cold. There was a big variety for breakfast. We used the pool and it was a great way to get some exercise in before bed.
