Clean, safe and good hotel. Spacious rooms, new a.c. loved the swimming pool. The best part is how friendly and helpful the two staff members working at the reception were, professional and courteous. Definetely coming again soon when i'm in town.
My husband and I had a terrible 3 night stay at this property in Jefferson, WI in September of 2025. The TV in our room never worked, mold in the tub caulking, loosely attached and leaking sink faucet, towels were like rags, housekeeping was non existent, beds not made daily, towels not changed, no coffee packets refills, dust was thick on base boards and outlet covers and the carpeting in the hallways and stairs was never vacuumed and there were so many crumbs and old dirt present. A very amazing hotel, if not the best hotel i’ve been to. The room was very clean, the shower felt nice, everybody at the hotel was nice, and the pool and hot tub were fun to go in and relax at. They also serves delicious breakfast in the mornings.
Rooms 116 & 118 smelled horribly of mold The bathtub is extremely slippery & floor is an unexpected 6"(?) lower than tub when you step out. I slipped & nearly fell when I got out, injuring my back. I spoke to the Front Desk Person (Sam) who kept interrupting me even though I kept asking him to listen. He yelled at our very sweet & excellent housekeeper for not providing a towel that sits outside of tub. I was locked out of my room, as was my neighbor. My room was not cleaned, bed not made, towels not changed. Staff is not competent.
