Avoid at all cost worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Rooms smelled musty. And felt damp even with the A/C running. We had a room in the lower level, not sure if the upper level is any better? The pool and hot tub were nice. We liked the karaoke at night. We had great service. The breakfast was great.
Holiday stop for the night and it was awesome! Clean, friendly staff & the pool was great for the kids!
Today I encounter the worst customer service ever!! My son’s birthday was yesterday so we decided to take the kids swimming. When we got to our room after our swim we noticed the Circuit Breaker must’ve went out because we no longer had any electricity whatsoever. I had been at the pool for awhile so my phone was dead and we were unable to call to report the issue. I went and sat at the front desk that night for about 15 minutes with no one around so i decided to head back to our room and mention it at check out if not fixed... read more
