I checked in got an emergency phone call from family member had to leave on a family emergency, never got to step foot in the room and one took care of my emergency came back and gave them the keys back, saying I would not be able to enjoy their hotel and I would like a refund and the front desk said that would be impossible. I needed to talk to the general manager, which is Shane church of American in Wyndham Jamesville, Wisconsin, he did not work with me. Told me that check out time was 11 o'clock. Room was outdated. Shower head snapped off in my hand while adjusting it. Housekeeping did not come in at all during our 4 night stay. No fresh towels provided, we took out our own garbage, had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. Staff seemed unapproachable. Breakfast was good.
Spoke with Stacy who was so helpful! Really made me feel like she cared and wasn't just there to get a paycheck, she went out of her way to meet my needs!! Thank you Stacy!
