Rude staff, will argue about the price, won’t honor or upgrade you in any way if you’re a Diamond member, lied about rooms being “taken” . Will actively avoid this place when I’m in the area and will warn others to do the same.

Heading home from a road trip out west, we stopped in around 9:45pm to catch some sleep before the last leg home. First room was musty, wife started having an allergic reaction to the mold. Second room I opened the door and turned it down immediately due to mold. Third room was better and we were ready for sleep so we moved the kids and hoped for some rest. We stayed in the hotel for one night when I got to my room. I pulled the sheets to look at the bed only to found that the sheets were all wrinkly obviously not changed. Call the front desk. They came to take a look at it and asked me how I knew that the sheets were not changed. I told him look for yourself. I was unable to change rooms. It looked like the front desk really didn’t care about what I had to say. I will never stay in this hotel again.
