Customer Service is very difficult to deal with, they are rude and very frustrating. I made a reservation in Fort Dodge Iowa canceled it a week in advance and made a reservation in Humboldt Iowa. They instantly canceled it while I was on the phone with them, said it was a glitch, and then reserved it again however, they charged my credit card three times and then they told me that they offered me a voucher and paid for my room, which was not true. Think long and hard before booking a room! We had our 40th HS reunion and had a block of rooms reserved. Service was nonexistent (no fault of the employe...rather there was no staff and he was running ragged!), room (particularly bathroom) was disgusting dirty (we didn't even use the shower and I had to wipe the toilet), we reserved a king room and ended up with a double queen since no king room was available.
