We stayed for a funeral and got the best rate. Kids loved the pool. Room was clean and breakfast was good.
Stayed 2 nights. Per Tonya Wouldn’t honor early check-in with rewards status, also said if they did would charge $50. At checkout Tonya again couldn’t find us in her computer and couldn’t check us out. Showed her confirmation and text message from AmericInn “thank you for staying, blah blah blah”. She still couldn’t find it. I requested she ask her manager to take care of it and was told she was off next 2 days. Left note with details of my stay and email to send the receipt.
