Everything went well except for check-in. There was a blizzard which stopped me from traveling home from work north of Algona to my home in Fort Dodge because the hoghway was impassable. Clerk had to get permission for me to check in because I lived within 35 miles of the hotel. I get it. but I am a 67-year old woman, traveling alone and the road/weather conditions made it unsafe for me to continue on. Use your common sense!
The best service for me and my dog.
This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed on the first floor, ceilings were tall making the room feel larger. Exercise room and equipment were in great working order. The hot tub was not working but the temperature of the pool water was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
