Absolutely unacceptable. Bed bug traps under BOTH BEDS. Better business bureau I look forward to filling a complaint being the health and safety inspection papers are on the desk.
Rooms were good except the sinks were not located in the bathroom. And there was no elevator to the second floor which makes it hard for older people to climb the stairs. The free breakfast was very good ! Also great coffee ! Very friendly employees!!
I enjoyed having the breakfast area divided. It avoided having any one site over crowded. The beds were comfortable and I liked the little armoire. One thing the plug in on the lamp by the bed had over time become loose and wouldn't hold my plug for charging my phone. Enjoyed my stay. Jess and the other attendants were very cordial and pleasant. I also like that it is pet friendly.
Very nice and clean hotel, room was clean and spacious. The front desk agent Destiny was awesome! Very personable and engaging, she made my stay exceptional! I will stay again whenever in the area based on this experience for sure.
