Front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to figure out the mess with my reservation. The lobby is very inviting and has a fireplace that you can sit by. The room is very nice and clean, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is a little on the pricey side but what isn’t these days? I would have saved more by booking directly through the hotel than the 3rd party app I used.
The facility is clean and fairly nice. Above average attention to detail is evidentially missing however: holes in window curtain, if by design, I'd say, innovative, but I don't think they were by design. Breakfast was ok. Coffee ran low, eggs, which would be an easy to prepare item, were pre manufactured and meh. Lastly, I thought in the back of my mind that we were in the office season, but the room rate was almost what we paid in NYC. For example. Sure, I'm a fussbudget!
Great Experience! Would highly recommend for short or long stays!
