Great place, clean, personable staff, good breakfast too!
We had a terrible experience. After driving 8 hours with two small children we were very excited to go for a swim and unwind. The pool room and water was unsafely cold. Luckily the hotel next door let us swim for free there. The rooms were terrible. The first room had toenail clippings all through the carpet. After switching rooms we ended up in a room with stains all over the carpet, the ironing board, hair in the shower, mold in the bathroom as well as around the outlets the ac plugs into under the window. Recently attended a Fort Hays State University Homecoming. The facility met our expectation for a hotel in this price range. The free breakfast was excellent. Emmy, the manager, exceeded our expectations. The hotel was fully booked for the busy weekend, however Emmy and the staff were still very personable and accommodating. Our large group will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
