On Sun September 13th I received very poor help and support from the front desk and an employee that looked to be possible housekeeping forcibly did a body check bump on me, refused to give me her name so when I got my phone to take a photo of her so I could get her name tag she came up to me and grabbed my phone hand and wrist and pushed it down against my body, I have severe arthritis in my hands, I'm handicapped and was in the handicapped room. After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about staying here . Was very satisfied with our clean room . Bedding & towels were as they should be . Quiet & a sufficient breakfast . Personel were very pleasant ! Would definitely stay again .
