Everything was quite comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. Laundry facilities were convenient and very reasonably priced. Jacuzzi jet tub was nice. The lobby and fireplace area was so welcoming, comfortable and country charm cozy. Thank you.
Good hotel nice staff. Stayed for my transition from MN to TX and it was nice and easy. Breakfast was amazing! It was a little further off the highway than I would have liked, but it was worth it
Cali H deserves a raise! She's patient, kind, super helpful and has answers right away! We will definitely be coming back here! And last. She is there right away when we need her! The hotel is clean and organized so yes 5+ stars!
The Hampton AmericInn took us in when the 12/28/2025 blizzard forced us off the road. We stayed in a pet room (#122) for two days, and everyone was so kind and nice. The hotel quickly filled up once I-35 was closed. It speaks volumes that all your staff remained helpful and accommodating. There were even people sleeping in the lobby. That's wonderful service. I have zero complaints about our unplanned stay.
