This happened on 9/15/25. I reserve a room through CLC and when I get to the hotel I can tell something is off. The man working the desk is checking a lady in and the hotel phone is ringing. He answers the phone and immediately hangs up. He does this whenever he gets a call. When he eventually gets to me it takes over half an hour to get me checked in. He even put my check in on pause because he was having such a hard time, to check another customer in. All the while he's cursing "quietly" and saying "this job isn't worth it... read more

Stay was decent with friendly staff and clean facility. Pool was very big but workout facility was very small with minimal equipment. My room door was not locking so considered switching; however, after multiple tries, figured out I needed to lift the door with great force to engage the lock. Someone without knowledge of the mechanism wouldn’t bother to try locking it and may request to switch the room. On the second day, I returned from work early (2:30 pm). I stayed at This hotel over Labor Day weekend. I was impressed by the size of the pool area and the ample seating. It was not being utilized, however, much to my surprise. It is probably the nicest pool I have ever seen at a hotel. The hot tub and sauna were both functioning well. Our room was clean, and the refrigerator was plugged in which I appreciate.
