Fantastic customer service, the front desk attendant, Tia, was helpful, and especially kind. I found our interaction pleasantly refreshing, and aided in our ability to relax. i appreciate encounters like this one, and this woman!

Easy check-in, front desk was upbeat and helpful, great location we walked to dinner, nice large clean room, great Internet. The breakfast was fantastic. Warm items and continental. They really took pride in the breakfast and it showed. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is obviously dedicated and engaged. A rare thing to find these days. Breakfast was not extensive, but a good variety and well-prepared with lots of "little touches" to make it special, like real utensils and plates.

I absolutely love this hotel, but my most recent stay was especially memorable due to the front desk staff member James. He was incredibly accommodating, respectful and helpful to every need. The pool towels were out but as soon as we asked, he delivered. He is the most pleasant part of our stay and we feel confident we will be returning knowing James is part of the Americinn Grand Rapids MN staff.
