Being a platinum member I called on Saturday to see if they honor the Wyndham’s reward program for early check-in. Person answering phone started out rude and just got worse from there. She said I could get in at two so an hour early which was fine and then there was dead silence. I said OK and then I was waiting for her to say we’ll see you tomorrow or something and dead silence. She finally said something and I said yeah I was just waiting to see about the 2 o’clock making sure you never said anything like see you tomorrow... read more
Beautiful place. Awesome staff. Rooms looked brand new. Clean, great breakfast. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And the price was incredible
