Good staff. Clean, beds are not great but ok.
Good stay...very clean hotel...everything looks nice.....employee very helpful......
My negative review is solely based on poor communication. I have not stayed at this particular AmericInn and was hoping to very soon but have been unable to reach the manager who apparently is the only one able to answer my question. I made a mistake and had the wrong dates resulting in the wrong reservation for a couple rooms this week. Unfortunately I didn't notice the wrong dates until i started receiving text messages to check out when I never checked in. It was my own honest mistake but I hoped the hotel would still let... read more
