Inside fridge there was a discoloration of what looked like exploded fanta. There were dead bugs on carpet. Orange splatters on wall. Housekeeping and room maintenance needs improvement. Room decor and bed where clean and modern though. I being me didn't go back and inform till I checked out. Witch that said when I did inform at checkout I got a blank stare like this was normal. So definitely the out of normal smfor American Inn but I guess that's bound to happen.
Great place to get some good sleep! The Male employee who checked us in, is very respectful and very kind! Would highly recommend this place.p
This place is awful, long waits to check in and check out, never anyone at the desk. Our room door was bent or something, it was hard to close and extremely loud, other guests definitely heard it. The lock is broken too, it doesn’t even work. The cleaners must just ignore it??? The side door is trashy looking and a fire hazard. Breakfast was nothing special, I’m not sure how this place is 4.5 stars.
This is one of the best hotel we stay, thanks to everybody to wok there. Edgar Batres (Alpine Insulation) We stay there couple night because work, now on we will be there every two weeks. Thank you to everybody is involve. God bless You.
Very clean,well maintained. Friendly staff.stayed many time ,breakfast was preetty good and delicious. Great location,will 100% stay again.
