First off the staff was amazing and the continental breakfast was delightful we ate more than our fill every morning. The 3 stars comes from the fact that the first room we had was not in good shape, the shower was extremely moldy, the door was coming off it's hinges, and the overall room did not feel clean. We asked to switch rooms and they happily obliged to which I was grateful. For a very last minute stay, this was perfect! no issues and online booking was easy and no issues while checking in. Very attentive and helpful.
Very nice place to have a wedding reception
Hotel had very good staff!! All interactions were pleasant. Breakfast was very good!! Lots of choices and they were often cleaning and refilling things throughout the service time. Pool/spa area was clean and very nice!! They gave us a coupon to use at the adjoining restaurant and that was great! My only complaints were the mattress was very firm, not the most comfortable and the carpet on some of the stairs was very stained.
