Stayed for a week at the end of August 2025. Room was reasonably priced and the location was very close to both downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Pool was cold but the jacuzzi made up for that. Hotel felt recently modernized and clean and staff were attentive in maintaining the rooms and linens each day. Any issues or needs were promptly addressed. If you’re looking for a quiet stay in order to enjoy the surrounding areas, this is worth considering.
Nice people here. Only place I stay at when traveling thru for last 20 years. Ownership has changed but always gets better. Quiet
