I stay here often for work. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Some of the best customer service I’ve found!
This is a wonderful hotel that I have stayed in several times. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and refreshed daily by housekeeping. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice with waffles, pastries, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, bananas and a coffee station. The pool and hot tub are great for adults and kids with the pool water kept at a comfortably warm temperature and everything looking clean. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay in Dodgeville.
I told him when I was checking in that I had a dog. He told me a room was $118. I checked in. He ran my card for $118. It was approved. He gave me my key and I went to my room. A little later, he came to me and said my card was declined. I thought this was very odd because I definitely saw it being approved. It turns out he was, after I had finished paying all the agreed fees and had every reason to believe our business was concluded, trying to charge an additional $35 pet fee. The whole place was so clean!! I’ve never been to a hotel pool that was as clean before. The pool was warm and not dreadfully cold. The hot tub was so amazing and it creates bubbles which my kids loved. The beds were a little stiff for my liking but that’s just me. The breakfast was soooo good! Biscuits and gravy and homemade cinnamon waffles? Come on! The crew was so amazing and attentive. I will be booking this place again
