Clean and great breakfast. The pool was murky and you couldn’t see the bottom bc of how murky it was. The chlorine they used probably to offset that was quite strong and caused a lot of coughing.
Super clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was very good. Close to all amenities.
This place is great! Staff were amazing! Our room was so clean. Usually you find something dirty in your room, our room was perfect. Thank you to Lisa in housekeeping for doing such a great job! Marietta, the manager was so sweet and kind during our stay. Cody was also very helpful with helping us get extra nights. Every staff member we came into contact with had a smile and warm greeting. Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you!
Very pleased with our first stay at this hotel chain. Staff was super. Rooms very clean and up to date. Comfortable bed. It was quiet and felt safe. Adequate breakfast options. Only negative was WiFi speed but not a deal breaker, would stay at again,
Room was muggy and damp feeling. We had relatives staying in another hotel that we couldn't get a room in and they commented on how gross feeling the room was compared to where they are staying. When we went to shower there was a terrible noise that can be heard throughout the building. Apparently this is a known "recurring" issue. The front desk gave us a key to shower in a room off of their meeting room where they also take breaks. The door lock for that room doesn't work so we had to have someone stationed outside to make... read more
