Staff are wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and easy to get to anywhere in town or back to the highway.
The fridge did not work and had mold in it, the bathroom door handle was about to fall off, remote to the TV did not work. The breakfast was only low to average quality. When we brought the concerns to the front desk they told us they would refund us and did not.
Our stay was pleasant and the staff were awesome in our time of need. My brother had passed and we and several other family members stayed there. We were treated with kindness and awesome hospitality.
Room and service was very great but no quarters at front desk for the laundry service was an Inconvenience
The room looked renovated quite recently. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly earlier, the toilet bowl and the floor in particular. The hot water provided in the breakfast area had a tint to it and came with pieces of buildup/scale. Cold water was available only during breakfast hours. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was closed till the morning as a result. The breakfast was lacking compared to what I have had at other Americinn locations.
