Our experience here was average overall. The rooms were decent but felt somewhat unclean. On the positive side, the 24-hour transport service was convenient and appreciated. However, we encountered a serious issue with the payment process. Upon arrival, the hotel requested a security deposit to be held on our card. Unfortunately, we were charged twice—once as a card hold and once as a full, duplicate payment of a significant amount. ended at this hotel after American Airlines cancelled our flight after a long delay. Came here at 6 am and they did their best to get me in a room ASAP and I am so thankfukl. Meanwhile I enjoyed complimentary good breakfast with nice orange juice, bread selection, nice pastries, eggs, saysage and cereal station. Special thanks to Jose at reception for his kind assistance, and the housekeeping staff was so friendly and polite. I waited for over an hour for a shuttle to come. The price for parking is nice but everything else is extremely sketchy! On my way to the airport the shuttle guy stopped to get gas which is super inappropriate. I felt unsafe. The shuttle is actually a liability (breaking down) and not safe. Returning, I called in advance and gave a heads up I had landed. Waited 30 minutes, called again, the front desk then said the shuttle driver was here and said no one was there.
