Rooms are a little bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. I wish I knew the name of the person who checked me in, I'm so sorry that I don't. She's so sweet and very helpful. She's why I'm eating my experience 5 stars

I used this hotel's paid parking and shuttle service. The van fits about 12 people and makes laps every hour. The van fills up quickly so you should really plan for 2 hours. You see other parking/shuttle services make 4 laps in the time it takes to get picked up. When you call the front desk for a ride, it's probably busy. They need a second driver and a dispatch operator. They are ripping their hotel guests off by selling parking and shuttle service.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL! We reserved a parking spot to leave our car while on vacation. We just arrived and someone had broken into our car, door handled broken, everything inside is messed up. Someone else’s car also got broken into and just 2 days ago a car was completely stolen. Front desk is NO HELP and RUDE.

Front desk lady was very nice and extremely helpful. That’s where the good news ends. Hotel feels like it hasn’t had a remodel since Clinton was in office. Everything is run down. Our room was fairly clean but sub-Motel 6. The shuttle was rough. Waited over 45 minutes for it to come while the other hotel’s shuttles in the same area came 2 or 3 times. Got us there but…that’s about the end of it. I’d 200% recommend any other hotel in the area.
