When my party arrived, we discovered two bed room had been given away so we were forced to take a one bedroom with a king-sized bed. Somehow we were charged more for this smaller room. The room looked like it was filled with cast off furniture, they air conditioning was not working properly, we could only charge our phones from one plug in, and the television received only four stations clearly. Room was not clean. Fridge was gross had not been wiped out, looked like chocolate milk or something spilled in it. Food on the light cover plates, floor not vacuumed, tub not cleaned out. Some areas of the floor hadn't been cleaned in years it looked. Grab the front desk when I went to show pic of fridge and something squished and crumbled in my hand in the underside. This place has bed bugs and kicked me out
Overall trash experience. You get what you pay for. They’re lucky the data center is near or they wouldn’t be booked at all. From being overcharged on my card to the microwave being too far from the outlet and then not working??? And nobody is ever at the front desk.
Went to stay there on the 4th of July made the reservation in early April when we went to check in they had canceled our reservation since the Savana Bannas where in town but could get us a room for 4X what we had reservations for.
