We recently stayed here with our 11 year old sons basketball team - called ahead to block off 14 rooms. As soon as we got there to check into our room we were followed to our rooms by a female hotel staff member telling us to “shhh” & stop walking so fast. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional demeanour especially with our children even with parents present. Our stay at this hotel was disappointing to say the least. There was one female staff member who was rude, impatient and unkind since the moment we checked in. I was with a grade 6 boys basketball team and we had 14 rooms blocked off for our players and their family members, this was known well in advance. The woman who checked us in on June 6 was immediately telling my children and another families children to be quiet, and then proceeded to follow us to our rooms until the doors were closed. WiFi is poor and you have to Re-sign in every time you walk outside the building. No Comfortable Chair in the rooms.!!
Id say that it cam in clutch, although the shower head was only about 5.5 ft high and I'm 6.4 ft tall :/
