I came through the area on an unexpected road trip. This place is great! King room was clean and AC was on when I arrived. We arrived at 11pm to find out the pool was open for adults until midnight. We were thrilled to soak in the hot tub after a stressful day. Breakfast hours were also very realistic compared to many hotels. We had to hit the road but the breakfast looked extremely edible. Standard continental breakfast but presented with care. The price was spot on.
This is always my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Clear Lake, IA. It is clean & well kept. The customer service is excellent. Restaurants are very nearby (and breakfast is free, at the hotel). When there was a snafu with my room keys, recently, that took a bit of doing to figure out, the evening guest associate was very attentive, patient, and helpful!
Awesome place to stay but the lighting in the room could be better. Otherwise comfortable bed and great service.
The staff is very helpful. We stayed a week. The coffee and breakfast was great 👍
