This is always my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Clear Lake, IA. It is clean & well kept. The customer service is excellent. Restaurants are very nearby (and breakfast is free, at the hotel). When there was a snafu with my room keys, recently, that took a bit of doing to figure out, the evening guest associate was very attentive, patient, and helpful!

Awesome place to stay but the lighting in the room could be better. Otherwise comfortable bed and great service.

First off it was a great time the hotel was good for what it was it had a nice pool and the rooms were nice and comfy. The service on the other hand was not great. The one staff that worked last night was really awful and treated kids like they don’t have a brain. She also may have not been ok beacuse she asked us if we were saying the night. It’s like… what else would we be doing not like we can pay to swim. We asked nicely for more pillows and she said no we only give you the pillows we have and hung up the phone. Hope she... read more

No elevator, no soda machines working, ice on ground floor not working. Breakfast was very good
